ALL volunteers* must attend one orientation meeting and the prayer/set-up meeting.
Orientation Meetings:
Friday, May 31 (6:30-7:30) OR Sunday, June 2 (11:30-12:30pm)
Prayer/set-up meeting: Sunday, June 16 @ 1pm (CMC)
*During the week of, volunteers chosen as crew leaders will also be required to attend a daily prayer meeting (8:15am) and a daily debriefing meeting immediately following each day’s program until 1pm (lunch provided).
Failure to attend meetings, without giving prior notice to the VBS Directors, may result in ineligibility to volunteer.
